WORSHIPFAM is an online worship resource for worship leaders. Through The WORSHIPFAM Podcast, online schools, and mentoring programs, worshippers are equipped with the confidence and tools they need to release their unique God given sound!
Man Mentoring
Man Mentoring is a 6 month mentorship program led by Ben Johnston and Dr. Gordon Johnston. Transform your leadership and become the man your family needs you to be to leave a spiritual inheritance that will last for generations to come. Spots are limited for this program. All applications will be considered.
1 on 1 or Group Coaching
1-1 or Group coaching for individuals, couples or teams. Ben has worked with developing leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs, equipping them with tools and strategies, while coming alongside them in their journey of becoming a solution for their unique problems or spheres of influence.

Ben travels throughout Canada and the nations coming along side pastors, leaders and worship teams, with a heart to serve and see growth and transformation in their lives and ministries.

Our Marriage
Ben & Chelsey have been married 18 years. Together they lead their sons Judah & Josiah, who both love and serve Jesus. The Johnston's have navigated tough financial, mental, spiritual and physical issues as a couple and are more in love every day! The Johnston's believe that family is God's #1 priority.
Pastoral Ministry
Ben & Chelsey are the co-founder and lead pastors of WeR1 Church for the last 11 years. They have experienced the challenges of leading a local church in Quebec, Canada, a province that has historically been a difficult place to minister in. By God's grace WeR1 is now a thriving spiritual family!
Worship Ministry
Ben has raised up worshippers and teams for over 2 decades. He is the founder of WORSHIPFAM, an online worship mentoring community that helps worship leaders grow in confidence so they can release their unique God given sound! He is also the host of WORSHIPFAM Podcast and is an independent recording artist releasing his debut EP "YOU" in 2022.
Prophetic Ministry
Ben loves to reconnect people with the heart of God. He teaches people how to hear God's voice in powerful and practical ways. As an ordained prophet Ben serves the body of Christ by coming along apostolic leaders, business owners and government officials. Ben understands the importance of accountability and serves as a spiritual son to other governmental prophets who understand their role of ministering to the Lord and the responsibility of the office of a prophet.
Coaching & Mentoring
Ben offers 1-1 coaching sessions for developing leaders, creatives and entrepreneurs, equipping them with tools and strategies while coming along side them in their calling as solutions to their unique sphere's of influence. Ben and His father Gordon Johnston, also co-lead "Man Mentoring" a powerful community of men who desire to be strong spiritual leaders in their homes, communities and churches.
Discipleship & Teaching
Discipleship is something Ben is passionate about. He loves to teach from the bible, equipping and empowering others so that they can grow into mature sons & daughters of God by learning to take responsibility for the condition of their hearts. He develops books, tools, trainings and seminars that help to lead people on a heart journey with Holy Spirit causing them to walk power and authority as Christ intended.
